Micro-arc oxidation power combination


At present, the fourth generation of bipolar output technology (IGBT) based on full-bridge inversion has been commonly adopted by 50% of domestic micro-arc oxidation equipment manufacturers. However, in large-scale production such as automotive parts and 3C casing, most of the micro-arc oxidation process is micro-arc discharge stage with current density between 2A/dm2 and 10A/dm2. Although the film processing time is very short, the single-line efficiency is low and the installed capacity is too large, which restricts the use of mass production. For example, in the production line of automobile hubs, the installed capacity of single line is more than 500KW, but the processing quantity is only 25 per hour, which is far from satisfying the demand of the front process. In addition, most of the domestic manufacturers' micro-arc oxidation equipment is not dense enough, and the corrosion resistance is between 800-1000 hours, which is required by the special environment and new material preparation. Therefore, based on the background of military power supply technology for many years, we have developed the sixth generation of parallel superimposed intelligent AC/DC mutual variable micro-arc oxidation power supply.

The AC discharge provides more energy-saving power, while the DC pulse provides intelligent scanning to find out the unevenness of the traditional discharge area and carry out supplementary discharge, and the pulse output has stronger impact.

The main characteristics of the film layer.

Magnesium alloy: neutral salt spray ≧ 1000H, scratch salt spray ≧ 500H, hardness > 800Hv, breakdown voltage resistance > 1200V.

Aluminum alloy:Neutral salt spray≧2000H、Scratch salt spray≧800H、Hardness>600Hv、Breakdown voltage>1200V. 

Titanium alloy:Neutral salt spray≧1000H、Hardness>1000Hv、Breakdown voltage>1200V.

Other material science characteristics: 1.

1. Strong mechanical properties, with corrosion self-repair characteristics. The film layer dense stronger; dry friction coefficient from the ordinary micro-arc film layer 0.6 reduced to 0.2, wear resistance increased by more than 2 times. It has the corrosion resistance of a complete film layer even under slight damage.

2. High insulating property. The dense organization makes the electrical insulation performance of the film layer increase by 1~2 orders of magnitude compared with the ordinary micro-arc oxide film layer.

3. Crystallized surface, most of the surface of ordinary micro-arc oxidation is amorphous structure, only the internal is crystallized structure, and the film layer prepared by this equipment, the surface is crystallized, more suitable for the preparation of optoelectronic, dielectric, storage and various functional film layers.

 

Models are: 100A-500A, etc. The model number is based on the average of positive and negative output current added together, where the positive current divided by 0.5-2A represents the processing volume of each batch.
