Main features of our micro-arc oxidation line
The power supply is dedicated to the surface micro-arc oxidation treatment of aluminum, magnesium, titanium and alloy materials. At the same time, the power supply can be used in parallel and can be split, with low equipment failure rate (the IGBT and charging and discharging capacitors have small single machine currents, so it is not easy to fry or break circuit during start-up and stopping), low energy consumption (more than 10% less than single machine energy consumption), easy to parallelize, maintain and repair.
(1) Significantly reduce the power consumption: the output power is started in stages, the internal consumption of the system is low; the current of small power devices rises quickly; the power factor is high, the operating cost is low, and the level of power consumption under the same peak current is reduced to about 40% of the traditional;.
(2) All the basic output units of the new power supply can be output in both forward and reverse directions to form a bipolar pulse power supply with adjustable ratio.
(3) With the increase of production capacity, it is easy to expand the production capacity by adding more unit modules later.
